Prior to founding Magnetude in 2012, Natalie led the Information Technology marketing team at Forrester, and has served in a range of other in-house marketing roles at successful tech firms. Natalie speaks at industry events on a range of company growth topics and is a regular contributor to Forbes and other industry publications. She has also served as an advisor and mentor to numerous B2B companies, helping companies shape their go-to-market, marketing strategies, and marketing organizational plans.

Luis I. Cortes, Board of Directors of the Boston Chapter of Entrepreneurs” Organization (EO), Leader of the MyEO AI Group

A global marketing executive at open source leader Red Hat, Luis is part of the Board of the Boston Chapter of the non-profit Entrepreneurs’ Organization, the largest of its kind in the world with 17.000+ members, where he also leads the MyEO AI (Artificial Intelligence) group. He is also the Co-Founder and AI practice lead of Bcombinator, the leading Southern European start-up accelerator and investor.

Rob Black, CISSP, CEO & Founder, Fractional CISO

Rob founded Fractional CISO in 2017 and has helped dozens of companies improve their security posture as a Virtual CISO. Rob has held product security and corporate security leadership positions at PTC ThingWorx, Axeda and RSA Security. He consults, speaks, and writes on quantitative risk management, cyber insurance, and cybersecurity. Rob and his team at Fractional CISO help business leaders manage risk and grow their businesses by providing tailored cybersecurity programs and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) capabilities as a service.

Karen Walker Beecher, Advisor, Board Member

Karen Walker Beecher is a business owner, board member and advisor to early-stage start-up and high-growth enterprises and co-leads her family business, a tech-enabled art auction house. Karen began her career at EY and later joined Boston Communications Group, a SaaS technology company where she became its Chief Financial Officer, helping lead it to IPO. Karen then served as Vice President, Sales Strategy and Global Operations at Pegasystems (NASDAQ: PEGA), a leader in low code workflow automation solutions. After Pega, she became the Chief Operating Officer of the Bowdoin Group. Karen is a graduate of Boston College. She currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Boston College Technology & Entrepreneurship Council, is the Governance Committee Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Boston Collegiate Charter School and is a member of TBD Angels.
